Order ahead and grab dinner to go on Friday, March 31st at 5:30pm. The Berwick Taste of Italy tour is coming to Worthington to support our Buddy Box program. When ordering, select "3/31/23 Family Mentor Foundation (5:30pm to 6:30pm)." Then swing through the Worthington Education Center parking lot on the 31st to grab your order and enjoy!
Mark your calendar, we need your help! Please help us add kids in need to our program this school year. Our annual fall fundraiser, 10 Days of Giving, begins November 20. Join us for Buddy Box 4000 part 1! The purpose for this event is to bring together volunteers for a fun afternoon of Buddy Box packing, music and spreading the word about Family Mentor Foundation’s mission.
More importantly, these bags will be used the second half of the school year to feed hungry kids over the weekend.
Time: Sunday, February 3, 2018 from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm. Please attend for the amount of time that your schedule permits. This is a child-friendly volunteer opportunity!
Location: Rev1 Ventures. Come right in the front doors and we are going to be in the center room packing, you can see it right when you walk in.
If you are unable to attend Buddy Box 4000, or would like to help us get food into the hands of children we serve please consider making an individual donation. All donations will help directly offset the cost of the food items that go inside each Buddy Box packed during this event. Please visit www.familymentorfoundation.org/donate/ to make a donation.
Join us for the Buddy Box 6000! This event is to bring together volunteers for an exciting afternoon of packing Buddy Boxes, eating at food trucks, listening to music, and spreading the word about the Family Mentor Foundation's mission.

Who has the BEST PIZZA in Worthington? Join us at the Slice of Worthington and YOU can decide!
At Slice of Worthington, you'll get to taste pies from 12 area pizza shops and vote for your favorite. Even better: 100% of proceeds from your tickets will help feed kids in Worthington. The Old Worthington Partnership is teaming up with Sacred Space Church to promote feedworthingtonkids.org, a program providing weekend meals to food-insecure kids through the Family Mentor Foundation.
Your registration will get you samples from each of the pizza restaurants, a drink ticket, and one vote for the best pizza award. We will also have music by Matt Steidle Music, activities for the kiddos, and a bake sale! Beer will be provided for sale by Zaftig Brewery. We'll be joined by our local celebrity judges including State Rep Mike Duffey, Trent Bowers - Superintendent of Worthington City Schools, and local food writer Nicholas Dekker of Breakfast With Nick. They will be awarding the Best Worthington Pizza prize, and it will be up to YOU to decide who gets the People's Choice award!
